Please read the terms and conditions carefully as they set out the rules for how we, Trade Canvas Print Limited run our website and supply the products purchased through it.

By clicking the ‘confirm’ button you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions which shall govern the agreement between us. We reserve the rights to change the contents on the website at any time, it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. We may from time to time display additional terms and conditions on this website, for example in connection with a specific promotion or in connection with the sale of goods or services. If the terms and conditions for use of this website should conflict in any way with such additional terms then the additional terms will prevail.

Orders

All orders placed through our site will bring into effect the Terms and Conditions. We are under no obligation to accept your order, we will confirm your order has been accepted once payment has been received. You will receive an email confirming the payment and acceptance of your order. If we encounter any problems with your order you will be contacted by a member of our customer services team.

Image Positioning & Previews

Please take care when uploading your images to our website as we cannot accept liability for positioning errors. We aim to replicate and position your image within 2mm accuracy of your confirmed preview. The website provides two opportunities to proof your products before adding to basket. Please ensure you are happy with your chosen positioning before checking out.

Price & Payment

When purchasing products the price you pay will be the price quoted on the website at the time and date your order was received. We only accept GBP Sterling and all prices are inclusive of VAT. Payment is accepted via PayPal and STRIPE credit/debit cards (all major cards are accepted). By submitting a credit or debit card number you warrant that you are authorised to use the card and that all information that you submit is true and accurate. You also authorise us to charge the card for all the amounts payable, based on the products ordered. No order will be dispatched until payment has been made in full.

We try to ensure that all prices advertised on our website are correct. If we discover that the products ordered are listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you as soon as possible with the correct price/details. You will be given the option of re-confirming your order or cancelling it.

Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom (including outlying areas and Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland. Depending on your location, shipping rates may vary (for more on this please visit the shipping information page). Orders will typically be dispatched the same day or within 24 hours at latest (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If we cannot deliver your order within this time we will notify you. Our delivery services normally take 1-2 working days depending on your location. Please see shipping information for order tracking and options available. All orders are insured. We cannot be held liable for delays due to the courier services or missed deliveries, including any damages, penalties or costs incurred due to delivery delays.

You are required to notify us of any damages, missing items or errors within 3 days of your order arriving and if required, return it within 7 days of the delivery date. We accept no liability for loss, damage or destruction of the product.

If you select the incorrect postage option or region during checkout one of our customer service team will contact you to explain and amend this. If additional charges apply, an invoice will be sent for payment before product(s) are dispatched. If a delivery is returned to us a £10.00 plus vat fee is applicable (this is what we get charged by the courier). In addition to this, new delivery charges will apply to dispatch your product(s) again.

Order Cancellations

We can only accept cancellations on orders if notified within 1 hour of the order being placed, providing the relevant order has not been printed or dispatched. Contact us on studio@tradecanvasprint.co.uk or leave a message on: 07415 939239.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason however we will contact you immediately if this is the case to explain.

Your Information

We have a separate Privacy Policy which relates to our use of your personal information. We would encourage you to read our Privacy Policy by clicking here. All information you submit about yourself will be held in complete confidentially. At no time will your information be passed onto other companies. When submitting images for production, you are acknowledging that you have the rights to reproduce the images or that you own the copyright to the images. We accept no liability for you breaching copyright laws. All content on this website is protected by copyright laws, unauthorised use of any of its content will be in breach of these laws and you will be prosecuted. Any use of the content on this website without seeking our permission is strictly prohibited.

Offensive Content

Our website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts may contain comments, reviews and feedback submitted by our customers. It is not possible for us to monitor content left by our customers at all times, we therefore take no responsibility for offensive content left. We will do our utmost to remove any offensive content as soon as possible.
