All canvas orders are shipped with couriers on a non guaranteed next day service, however some remote areas of the UK can take between two and five days delivery.

Unfortunately we can no longer ship canvases over 920mm/ 36″ to Northern Ireland.

White Label Shipping on All Orders

We offer a fully white label service. Simply add your clients delivery address at checkout and we’ll ensure hassle free delivery directly to them with no mention of Trade Canvas on the products, packaging or label. We never include invoices inside packages and we can even include your own personal flyers or stickers in the order. Invoices are emailed directly to you. When your client receives the order, it looks like it has come directly from you. After all, helping you and your business is our first priority.

Postage Tracking

Royal Mail 48 hour service is fully tracked, tracking will be sent to you directly from Royal Mail via email, you can also choose for the parcel to be left in a safe place or delivered to your nearest Post Office for you to collect.

Courier service offers a fast next day delivery (not guaranteed) tracking will be sent to you directly via email or text from the couriers and where available a time slot maybe provided. Upon delivery if there is no answer the couriers will try to deliver to a neighbour or safe place.

Delivery Information

Please note we cannot be held responsible for clients not being in when deliveries are attempted and then missed.

If delivery attempts are missed and contact with Royal Mail or the couriers is not made, your parcel may be held at a depot or sorting office for collection. After seven days the parcel will be returned to Trade Canvas Print as undelivered / not-collected. A re-delivery charge will apply to dispatch products again, this fee is £8.50

Wrong Postage Selection / Returned Parcels

If upon ordering the wrong postage option is selected one of our customer service team will be in touch to explain and we can amend this for you. An invoice for the difference will be sent and your item(s) dispatched upon payment. If a parcel is returned to us a £8.50 re-delivery charge will apply to dispatch products again.
